As the most senior member of the store team, the Store Manager will manage a full staff of store personnel in achieving sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals for the store. Operating in line with company vision and values, the Store Manager develops and executes short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the company strategy. The Store Manager accomplishes this through management of and delegation to skilled Area Managers and team members.

    As the person who will become the most knowledgeable regarding all things inventory in our company, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Manage all inventory invoices and purchase orders, ensuring items are received in according to company schedules, etc.

    • Manage new item setup in backend inventory system.
    • Communicate with vendors regarding order follow-ups, mis-ships, shortages, returns, etc.

    • Manage markdowns in backend inventory system, including communication to stores.
    • Manage discontinued items in backend inventory system, including communications to stores.
    • Manage product ticket distribution to stores.
    • Manage communication and ticket distribution for pricing updates, etc.
    • Keep product in warehouse organized and labeled.
    • May also be asked to make product updates in online store.
    • Perform inventory counts in stores if needed to correct data integrity issues.
