Free Local Pickup and Same Day Delivery

We know that as busy pet parents, it's not always easy to get to our stores to shop. We want to make life easier, which is why we are excited to offer customers the convenience of both curbside pick up and local delivery. Just place your order online, select the store would like to pick up your order at or check-out and select local delivery to have us bring your order straight to your door!

Local Pickup

  1. Select the Local Pickup icon in your shopping cart then select your pickup location.
  2. Complete your order. Local Pickup is always FREE!
  3. When you arrive, come inside the store and let us know you’re picking up an online order. An employee will have your order ready shortly.
  4. Local Pickup orders must be placed by 6 pm each day to be ready same-day.
  5. Customers have 3 days to pick up their Local Pickup order once it is ready.
  6. Order Local Pickup 7 days a week!

Same Day Delivery

  1. Select the Local Delivery icon in your shopping cart.
  2. Complete your order. Same day delivery is FREE for orders over $49. Delivery is $9.95 for orders under $49.
  3. We will deliver your order to your home or business between 2–8pm. If you are not home at time of delivery we will leave your order where instructed in the “notes to seller” comment box you can complete during checkout.
