Prior To Your Appointment:
First-time clients, you must sign the Release/Severe Matting Form and the Cancellation/No-Show contract at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Both forms will be available for signing in your customer account through the SavvyCustomer portal.
Vaccination information must also be entered to proceed with any booking requests. RABIES must be UTD for any service to be performed and updating the information is the responsibility of the client. For dogs that use Titers or have medical conditions that preclude them from receiving vaccinations, a letter from your veterinarian will be required and can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Vaccination proof must be emailed to email@example.com for service.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice prior to the scheduled appointment time or simply not showing up for scheduled appointments (‘no show’) will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved price for all scheduled services. Any appointments which were scheduled within 24 hours of the start time (i.e. same day or day prior) will require a minimum of 4 hours of notice prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees will be collected by charging the fees to the credit card on file.
Due to the nature of our salon-style appointments, showing up late for your scheduled appointment(s) impacts the time and quality of not just your appointment but other clients scheduled throughout the day.
- Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled start time may require us to change the service to one which can be completed in your remaining appointment period. Clients choosing not to complete the adjusted service will be considered a ‘late cancellation’ and incur a fee.
- Clients arriving 20 minutes or more after your scheduled start time will likely require us to cancel the appointment as we will be unable to remain on schedule for the rest of our daily appointments.
- “Late cancellations” listed above will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or being charged 50% of the scheduled service price. These fees are non-refundable and will not be applied to future services.

All package fees quoted are estimates only. Final pricing may be affected by factors such as coat condition or special handling requirements as determined by groomer. Final pricing will be determined at time of appointment.
