NEW - Book your service online! We groom by appointment to limit the amount of time your pet is away from you. All package fees depend on breed, size, coat condition and behavior. All package fees quoted are estimates only. Final pricing may be affected by factors such as coat condition or special handling requirements as determined by your groomer. House Rules for Professional Grooming Appointments

• 24 hour cancellation notice required to avoid a $25 fee. Cancellations could result in required pre-payment for future appointments. A courtesy reminder call will be extended the day before to confirm your appointment.
  
  
• For the safety of our staff and clients, all customers will be required to sign a hold and harmless release form. In addition, it is imperative that you make us aware of any health issues or potential problem areas like matted skin or skin irritations prior to your grooming appointment so that we can provide recommended grooming or treatment options.
  
  
• For the health and safety of our pets and others, Mutts & Co. requires all pets entering our facilities to be up to date on rabies vaccinations. Documentation or verbal confirmation from your veterinarian will need to be provided prior to the grooming service being performed. Sorry, but we cannot accept rabies tags as proof of vaccinations.
  
  
• We will call you at least 15 minutes before your pet’s grooming session is finished to give you ample time for pick-up. You must be present when pet is finished. We allow a 20 minute grace period, after which an extra charge of $5 for every additional 15 minutes will be applied. Please understand that this policy serves the best interest of your pet as we are not equipped to safely house pets for extended periods of time.
